I decided a while ago that using a printer was a racket and not necessary, even thought banks and other businesses think it would be nifty if you absorbed this cost instead of them. It�s better to re-use parts of old printer cartridges than to create new waste that ends up in landfills or incinerators. The downside to the no name strategy is sometimes your printer won't be able to measure the ink in the generic cartridges, and the machine will think you're running out of ink every time you try to print something.
